Super Micro probe finds no evidence management knew of alleged Nvidia diversion

UPDATE: Super Micro says an independent probe found no evidence that current senior management knew about an alleged scheme involving roughly $2.5 billion of Nvidia technology diverted to China.
The review also found no evidence that Super Micro directly sold restricted products to known prohibited parties or locations.
The findings reduce a major management and compliance concern hanging over the company, although the underlying criminal case involving the alleged diversion remains separate.
