Applied Digital Secures Up to 1 GW for First European AI Campus

$APLD has secured access to as much as 1 GW of potential power capacity in Finland for its first data-center campus outside the US, with initial power targeted for 2028.
Applied Digital is taking its infrastructure strategy into Europe after leasing roughly 1.2 GW over the past 11 months and reaching $31 billion in contracted revenue.
The Finland project could extend that pipeline further as access to large blocks of power becomes increasingly valuable for hyperscale AI infrastructure.
