Former CFTC Commissioner Says Agencies Can Fill Crypto Regulatory Gaps

Former U.S. CFTC Commissioner Brian Quintenz says the Clarity Act was not the only route toward greater regulatory certainty for crypto.
Speaking at Korea Blockchain Week 2026, Quintenz said the SEC and CFTC can use their exemptive authority to address regulatory gaps even without the legislation.
