Musk outlines path toward AI-powered satellites with 100+ Tbps capacity

Elon Musk says future $SPCX satellites could support roughly 10 Tbps of bidirectional connectivity, with a potential path toward more than 100 Tbps.
The concept would use a 250 kW $NVDA Vera Rubin NVL72 system, effectively combining high-performance AI compute with extremely high-bandwidth satellite networking.
If realized at scale, the architecture could push satellites beyond traditional communications infrastructure toward distributed AI compute nodes operating in orbit. The performance targets remain forward-looking and would depend on major advances in power, thermal management, networking and launch economics.
