$TEM and $RXRX Extend AI Data Partnership Through November 2029 in Restructured $42 Million Agreement

Tempus ($TEM) and Recursion ($RXRX) have extended their data collaboration through November 2029, restructuring their existing agreement by replacing up to $84 million in discretionary fees with $42 million in committed payments over the next three years.
Under the updated terms, Tempus will also license Recursion’s TxFM RNA foundation model to support precision-medicine drug discovery and oncology research initiatives.
