Trump Launches AI-Powered America.gov as Single Entry Point for Federal Services

President Trump launched America.gov as a single entry point for federal services, with Google's $GOOGL Gemini and Grok powering the AI experience.
Instead of figuring out which agency or website to visit, users can simply describe what they need, from Medicare eligibility and passport help to Social Security, veterans' care, federal jobs and business registration.
The platform pulls answers only from official government sources and is designed to bring information currently spread across roughly 29,000 government websites into one place.
The initial version focuses on answering questions and directing users to the right services. Later this year, passport renewal and Medicare enrollment are expected to be added directly to the site.
In 2027, America.gov is expected to let users complete forms, track applications, update information across agencies and handle more government services without jumping between separate websites.
It's an attempt to turn thousands of government websites into one AI-powered interface for interacting with the government.
