Cloud backlog is exploding

AWS backlog is up 198 percent.
Azure backlog is up 215 percent.
Google Cloud backlog is up 658 percent.
That is not small spending. Someone is committing hundreds of billions of dollars to future cloud infrastructure.
The real question is simple: who is signing all these contracts?
