Apple ($AAPL) has disclosed the compensation details for newly appointed CEO John Ternus, who takes over the top role with a targeted $58 million package for fiscal 2027.

- Base Salary: Ternus will receive an annual base salary of $3 million.
- Equity Grants: Starting this October for fiscal 2027, he is set to receive annual equity awards valued at $55 million, consisting of 75% performance-based restricted stock units tied to the S&P 500 total shareholder return and 25% time-based units.
