Supermicro jumps 9% as AI server market outlook strengthens

$SMCI gained roughly 9% after Goldman Sachs projected that the global server market could reach $1.5 trillion by 2030, with AI servers accounting for approximately $1.3 trillion of that total.
Supermicro reportedly holds around 40% of the neocloud AI-server segment, positioning the company to benefit from continued infrastructure expansion. Its systems support both $NVDA Blackwell and $AMD Instinct accelerators.
The market projection reinforces the long-term AI server demand thesis, although Supermicro's eventual share of that opportunity will depend on competition, execution and the pace of data-center investment.
