US Mint Says Trump $1 Coin Now in Circulation

The U.S. Mint said Wednesday that new golden $1 coins featuring President Trump's image are now in circulation and available for purchase on its website, marking only the second time a living president has appeared on U.S. currency.
The coins, minted to mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, are sold in bags and rolls at markups ranging from roughly 50% to nearly 150% over face value. Included among them are 250,000 coins struck on July 4 bearing a special "July 4th" privy mark.
