Semiconductor ETFs Are Seeing Record-Breaking Inflows

U.S. semiconductor ETFs have attracted $46 billion in inflows so far in 2026 , putting them on pace for their strongest year ever.
That amount is equal to roughly 31% of total assets under management across these funds.
Even more striking, this year’s inflows are already more than double the combined total recorded from 2017 through 2025 .
Cumulative inflows since 2017 have now reached a record $68 billion , including another $2.3 billion added last week alone .
Investor demand for semiconductor exposure has never been this strong.
