RTX wins $603M B-52 radar modernization contract

$RTX has been awarded a $603 million U.S. Air Force contract to modernize and sustain B-52 radar systems using the new AN/APQ-188.
The work is scheduled to run through August 2031, with $46 million obligated at the initial award.
The contract adds another long-duration defense program to RTX's backlog and reinforces the company's exposure to modernization spending across the U.S. military.
