Apple CEO John Ternus receives larger target pay package than Tim Cook

Apple's new CEO John Ternus is receiving a larger target compensation package than Tim Cook as the company's leadership transition takes effect.
Ternus will receive a $3 million annual salary, a fiscal 2027 equity award targeted at $55 million and a $2.5 million prorated fiscal 2026 RSU award.
Tim Cook, now Executive Chairman, will receive a $2 million annual salary and a fiscal 2027 equity award targeted at $45 million.
