President Trump's latest financial filing reports 1,156 trades during July with a combined disclosed value of up to $270 million.
That works out to roughly one transaction every 7.5 minutes during market hours if spread evenly across the month's trading sessions.
The activity comes as the House passed legislation that would restrict stock trading by members of Congress but, according to the reported provisions, would not apply the same restriction to the President. The filing documents transaction activity but does not by itself establish wrongdoing.
