Anthropic Releases Background Mac Control for Claude Code and Cowork

Anthropic has updated Claude Code and Cowork for Pro and Max users, introducing background desktop control capabilities exclusively for macOS.
Key capabilities of the new update include:
- Concurrent Operation: Claude can now autonomously click, type, and open native desktop applications in the background without taking exclusive control of the user's cursor or keyboard.
- Multitasking Workflow: Users can continue working uninterrupted on their Mac while the AI agent executes desktop tasks simultaneously.
