JPMorgan Chase recently evaluated launching its own stablecoin, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Major banks are also moving forward with plans for a global stablecoin consortium. The group reportedly includes Bank of America ($BAC), Wells Fargo ($WFC), and Santander ($SAN).
