Meta $META Could See Major Margin Expansion as AI CapEx Eventually Slows
Meta $META remains one of the highest-quality large-cap growth companies in the market.
One approach is to use puts to potentially get assigned at a price you are already comfortable owning the stock.
The near-term concern is obvious: Meta’s massive AI infrastructure buildout is pressuring margins, driving CapEx sharply higher and absorbing a significant amount of free cash flow.
But that spending cycle will not last forever.
If revenue growth continues accelerating while CapEx growth begins slowing into 2028, operating leverage could return quickly and margins could expand much faster than the market currently expects.
That is where the longer-term opportunity in $META could become significantly more attractive.
