Does Satoshi Nakamoto actually control 1.1 million Bitcoin?

Researchers have attributed roughly 900,000 to 1.17 million $BTC to the distinctive early mining behavior known as the Patoshi pattern, but there is no definitive proof that the miner was Satoshi Nakamoto.
The evidence connecting Patoshi with Bitcoin's creator is considered strong but circumstantial. Blockchain analysis can identify patterns and associated addresses, but it cannot establish the real-world identity of whoever currently controls the corresponding private keys.
Even after 600 dormant BTC mined in 2010 moved this month, researchers found no clear connection between those coins and the holdings commonly attributed to Satoshi.
