World launches stablecoin-powered financial super app across 150+ countries

Sam Altman-backed World has launched World Money, a self-custodial financial app rolling out across more than 150 countries.
The platform allows users to hold, send, trade, earn and spend digital assets from one application, with integrations including Stripe, Morpho and Kalshi.
The rollout expands World's ecosystem into consumer financial services and provides another distribution channel for stablecoin-powered payments and digital assets. Adoption will depend on regional availability, regulation and demand for the integrated financial products.
