EXPECTED TERMS OF THE US–IRAN PEACE DEAL

1. Extends the ceasefire between the US and Iran for another 60 days
2. Opens a 60-day negotiation window for technical talks regarding Iran’s nuclear program
3. Lifts the US naval blockade and reopens the Strait of Hormuz
4. The US will agree to discuss potential sanctions relief with Iran
5. The US will also agree to discuss the release of frozen Iranian funds
6. The peace deal includes a permanent end to fighting across all fronts, including Lebanon
7. The final agreement is expected to be signed on June 19th in Switzerland
