Solana Foundation Appoints New Senior Leaders to Drive Institutional and Payments Growth

The Solana Foundation announced the appointments of Rachel Conlan as Chief Strategy Officer and Jamal Raees as General Manager of Payments to accelerate institutional adoption and expand global payment infrastructure.
Conlan, formerly Global Chief Marketing Officer at Binance, will spearhead institutional partnerships and ecosystem strategy. Raees, joining from Polygon Labs, will lead the network's payment expansion as Solana experiences record-breaking onchain activity, processing over $5 billion in stablecoin volume in 2026.
