Anthropic reportedly nears $15B pre-IPO credit facility

Anthropic is reportedly close to finalizing a $15 billion pre-IPO credit facility, roughly six times larger than the $2.5 billion financing package it secured last year.
Morgan Stanley is leading the transaction, with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citi, Barclays and Wells Fargo reportedly taking key roles.
Anthropic is also reported to have filed a confidential S-1 in June and is targeting a potential valuation of up to $2 trillion.
If achieved, that valuation would place the company among the largest public-market debuts ever and underscores the scale of capital being committed to frontier AI.
