Starlink is preparing to launch a rival cellular service by late 2027, putting it in direct competition with $TMUS, $VZ and $T.
Starlink Mobile plans to provide global coverage by the end of 2028, including polar regions, with data services expected by Q3 2027 and voice support shortly after.
Its V2 satellites are expected to deliver 5G-class speeds from space with up to 100x the data density of the current generation.
