Musk Says Terafab Will Be Built and Operated In-House

Elon Musk says Terafab will be built and operated in-house, pushing back on speculation that $TSM could operate the Texas project, although a sublease arrangement remains possible.
The structure could create an opportunity for $INTC if Musk chooses to use Intel's 14A process technology while retaining direct control over wafer capacity.
That capacity could ultimately support semiconductor demand across $TSLA and SpaceX as Musk's companies expand their AI, robotics and compute infrastructure.
