Target Hospitality wins $250M hyperscaler data center contract

Target Hospitality has signed a multi-year agreement supporting a top-five hyperscaler's data center project in West Texas.
The contract is expected to generate roughly $250M through August 2030 and support approximately 1,100 workers, with initial occupancy beginning in Q3 2026.
$TH expects to spend less than $15M adapting existing assets for the project.
The company also raised 2026 guidance to $435M-$445M in revenue and $105M-$115M in adjusted EBITDA.
Target has now secured more than $1.7B in multi-year workforce hospitality contracts since January.
