Rules for safe, honest, and useful participation in the Tyrian Trade financial research community.
Tyrian Trade is a community for discussing markets, research, and financial ideas. These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, channels, streams, media, usernames, links, and other content or conduct on the service.
Market information, community posts, and AI output are informational. Do not present Tyrian Trade content as guaranteed returns, personalized investment advice, an instruction to trade, or proof that an account is licensed or trustworthy.
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, shame, or target people with hateful or degrading content. Content that promotes violence, sexual exploitation, abuse of minors, non-consensual intimate material, or instructions for serious harm is prohibited.
Do not publish another person’s private information, credentials, financial records, identity documents, precise private location, or private communications without a lawful basis and permission.
Scams, phishing, impersonation, fabricated performance, undisclosed paid promotion, coordinated manipulation, pump-and-dump activity, fake giveaways, credential requests, deceptive payment requests, and promises of guaranteed profit are prohibited.
Describe material conflicts and commercial relationships honestly. Do not falsify qualifications, verification status, identity, ownership, sources, prices, trades, portfolio results, or evidence.
Do not use automation, repetitive posting, misleading links, mass messaging, engagement manipulation, or multiple accounts to deceive users or evade enforcement.
Share only content that you created or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and other rights. Reports about intellectual-property misuse can be sent to support@tyriantrade.com with the affected URL and enough information to evaluate the request; do not send passwords or identity documents by ordinary email.
Use the in-app report action on the relevant account, post, message, group, channel, stream, or other supported surface. Choose the closest reason and add concise context. Do not submit false, retaliatory, duplicate, or coordinated reports.
Blocking is a personal safety control. A block prevents new direct-conversation activity between the two accounts and hides or limits interactions according to the product surface. Blocking does not itself submit a moderation report.
If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services. Tyrian Trade is not an emergency service. Do not use ordinary support email to send highly sensitive evidence unless support gives you an approved secure method.
Tyrian Trade may use safety filters and human review. Depending on severity, context, history, and applicable law, actions may include reducing distribution, removing content, restricting features, preserving limited evidence, suspending an account, or permanently terminating access.
We prioritize reports that indicate imminent physical danger, exploitation, credible threats, severe harassment, fraud, or coordinated manipulation. Review time depends on risk, context, evidence, and applicable law, so we do not promise a fixed resolution time.
We may retain the minimum report, enforcement, security, transaction, or legal-hold records needed for a documented purpose after ordinary product data is deleted. Reporter identity is protected where practical, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when disclosure is legally required or necessary to address safety.
If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact support@tyriantrade.com from the email associated with your account and include the decision or report reference. An appeal does not automatically pause a safety restriction.
These guidelines may change as the service, safety risks, and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will show a new effective date.
