Who we are and what this policy covers
TTYRIAN TRADE - FZCO ("Tyrian Trade", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Tyrian Trade website, iOS app, social network, market-research tools, messaging, and Tyrian AI. TTYRIAN TRADE - FZCO is the controller of personal data covered by this policy. Our registered business address is IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Questions, privacy requests, and trust-and-safety reports can be sent to support@tyriantrade.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
This policy covers data processed through Tyrian Trade products. External websites, publishers, market-data providers, and other services have their own privacy practices when you interact with them directly.
Data you provide
Account and profile data may include your name, username, email address, profile image, biography, website, free-form location, language, preferences, and authentication-provider identifiers. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the provider sends the account information that you authorize it to share. Apple may provide a private relay email address when you choose Hide My Email.
Social and communications data may include follows and connections, posts, comments, reactions, reports, saved content, communities, direct and group messages, channel messages, attachments, photos, videos, and audio that you choose to upload. Public-profile and public-post fields are visible to other users and may appear on public web pages.
Research and product-interaction data may include watchlists, selected instruments, chart settings and drawings, alerts, calendar items, searches, saved items, and the market or news content you open or interact with.
Tyrian AI data may include the current prompt, response, request and account identifiers, selected mode, relevant conversation context and attachments, account chat history, quoted credit cost, and safety result. Terminal AI may also process the symbol, timeframe, confirmed candles visible on the chart, the requested drawing or analysis, and the resulting markup. The iOS App Store version explains the AI transfer and asks for permission before the first request. Do not put passwords, identity documents, payment data, or other sensitive personal information into an AI prompt or attachment.
Your account may include one account-wide production credit balance used across supported Tyrian platforms, reserved or delivered credits, purchase and entitlement history, and access status. That production balance can include credits delivered from App Store purchases and legitimate web or Stripe grants on the same account. When you buy consumable credits in the iOS app, Apple processes the payment. Tyrian Trade receives and stores the App Store product ID, transaction ID and original transaction ID, signed transaction evidence, App Store environment and transaction status, and the TT_AUTH account binding represented by appAccountToken. We also record credit delivery, server credit balance, idempotency data used to prevent duplicate delivery, and refund and revocation reconciliation or attention-workflow status. Tyrian Trade does not receive or store your payment-card details.
If a Tyrian Trade service separately enables identity verification, it may request legal name, date of birth, country, document images, and a verification result. New identity-verification enrollment is disabled in the iOS App Store version described by this policy.
Data collected automatically
Our service infrastructure may process IP address, request time, response time and latency, app and operating-system version, device or session identifiers, authentication and security events, request identifiers, diagnostics, and ordinary network metadata needed to deliver, secure, measure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service.
If you enable notifications, the app sends an Apple Push Notification service token and your notification preferences to Tyrian Trade. Face ID is evaluated by iOS on your device. Tyrian Trade does not receive or store your facial template; the app receives only the authentication result and keeps protected session credentials in the iOS Keychain.
If you separately enable Product Updates or Product News, we use your email address or push-device token to send those Tyrian Trade communications. These choices are off by default and can be disabled in notification settings or through the unsubscribe control in an email.
The iOS app does not use advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Website cookies and web analytics are described in our Cookies Policy.
How and why we use data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; synchronize supported features across devices; provide profiles, social features, messages, media, notifications, watchlists, calendars, market and news research, and AI responses; personalize product content that you ask us to organize; measure product and safety events; provide support; enforce our rules; investigate abuse and security incidents; comply with law; and maintain service reliability.
We process data where it is necessary to provide the service you request, where you have given consent, where it is necessary for legitimate security and operational interests that do not override your rights, or where law requires it. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Financial-market information, news, community content, and AI output are informational. Tyrian Trade does not use the iOS app to execute trades, custody funds, or manage a brokerage account.
AI permission, history, and credits
Before the first iOS Tyrian AI request is sent to a third-party AI provider, the app explains the transfer and asks for permission. Choosing Not Now cancels the request. You can withdraw AI permission from the AI data screen; a later outbound request then requires a new decision.
The app requests the current mode catalog, quoted credit cost, and account credit balance from Tyrian Trade. A billable Tyrian AI or Terminal AI request uses credits only after the server accepts the request under that quote. The server owns balance checks, reservation, capture, release, refund, and idempotency decisions; the client cannot grant credits or choose a lower price.
Tyrian AI conversations can be synchronized with the signed-in account and cached on the device so history and interrupted responses can be restored. Users can delete supported conversations in the app. Terminal AI sends the current chart snapshot needed for the requested analysis and does not execute a trade or place an order.
If automated safety systems flag an AI request or answer, a limited prompt or answer excerpt may be retained for up to 90 days for review and abuse prevention. A hash and minimum event metadata may be retained for up to 12 months for aggregate safety metrics. These records are not used for advertising.
Withdrawing permission stops new AI requests but does not by itself delete information already processed. You may delete supported conversations in the iOS app and may use the account-deletion or privacy-request process for account-level data.
Apple in-app purchases and credits
Consumable credits bought through Apple can be used for eligible Tyrian AI and Terminal AI features in the iOS app. Apple handles the payment and payment method. Tyrian Trade verifies the signed App Store transaction, binds delivery to the signed-in TT_AUTH account through appAccountToken, and updates the same account-wide production server credit balance used by supported Tyrian platforms only through idempotent delivery processing.
Tyrian AI and Terminal AI requests in TestFlight use the signed-in account's existing production credit balance. Only StoreKit Sandbox and TestFlight purchase transactions and credits granted by those test purchases use an isolated test transaction and grant ledger; those test purchase grants are kept separate from production App Store purchases and production credits.
When Apple reports a refund or revocation, Tyrian Trade reconciles that status against the transaction, delivery, and credit records. An event that cannot be safely reconciled automatically may be placed in an attention workflow for investigation. Transaction and reconciliation records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, reconciliation, or applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and external sources
We disclose only the data reasonably needed for a provider to perform a service for us. Authentication may involve Apple or Google, notifications use Apple Push Notification service, and Tyrian AI requests pass through Tyrian Trade infrastructure to Perplexity Sonar after the iOS permission described above. Perplexity states that Sonar API prompt and response content is subject to zero data retention and is not used to train its models; it retains only non-content operational and billing metrics.
Infrastructure and media services may include Google-hosted infrastructure and Supabase-hosted storage. Website payments are handled by Stripe, while iOS consumable-credit purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Tyrian Trade does not receive payment-card details from Apple or Stripe.
Market data, instrument metadata, and market-calendar events may be requested from Tyrian Trade services and from providers such as Bybit, Binance, CoinGecko, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, and Yahoo Finance. When you ask the app to generate a community avatar from a name or other seed, that seed is sent directly to DiceBear to return the image. News headlines, descriptions, links, logos, and images may come from Tyrian Trade content services, content suppliers, named publishers, and their media hosts. Direct requests to an external source disclose ordinary network information such as IP address, request time, requested symbol, avatar seed, or image, and HTTP metadata.
We require providers processing personal data for us to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law, to use it only for the agreed service, and to apply appropriate security and deletion controls. A provider may also act as an independent controller when you choose to interact with that provider directly; its own privacy notice then applies.
We may disclose data when you direct us to publish or send it, to protect users and the service, to investigate a specific report or dispute, in a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data or share iOS app data with data brokers.
International processing
Tyrian Trade is based in the United Arab Emirates and uses providers that may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use applicable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards and assess whether the recipient provides protection appropriate to the data and the transfer.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account and profile data while the account is active, and keep user content until you delete it, it is removed under our rules, or the account is finally deleted. Local iOS Basic chat history remains on the device until you delete the chat, clear app data, or remove the app. Operational records are retained only for as long as needed for security, availability, support, dispute resolution, or the purpose explained when they were collected.
You can initiate account deletion inside the iOS app. A confirmed request places the account into a 30-day recovery period, revokes active sessions, and restricts normal account use. During that period you may cancel deletion after fresh authentication. After the recovery deadline, we delete or irreversibly anonymize ordinary account data across in-scope services and revoke applicable external authorizations. Completion is recorded only after the required services have completed their deletion work.
We may retain a narrowly limited record when a specific tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal obligation requires it. Website invoice and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable UAE tax law. A legal hold is tied to a documented matter and does not preserve an entire deleted account by default. Retained records are access-restricted, separated from normal product use, and removed when the obligation or hold ends.
Encrypted rolling backups expire through the normal backup cycle. Deletion markers are reapplied if a backup must be restored so deleted account data is not returned to ordinary service. You may contact support@tyriantrade.com for the status of a deletion or a privacy request.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, export, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or deletion. You can also change profile visibility, notification settings, and AI permission in the product. Send a request to support@tyriantrade.com from the email associated with your account so we can verify ownership without asking for unnecessary data.
You can manage Apple or Google authorization with the relevant provider. Revoking a provider connection does not automatically delete the Tyrian Trade account or its content; use the in-app account-deletion flow or contact us for an account-data request.
If you disagree with our response, you may ask us to review it and may contact the competent data-protection authority where applicable.
Children
Tyrian Trade is a financial-information and social service and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child who is not legally permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided personal data contrary to applicable law or our Terms, contact support@tyriantrade.com and we will investigate and delete it where required.
Security, policy changes, and contact
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including protected credentials, access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and restricted access to retained records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where a material change requires it.
