Terms of Use for tyriantrade.com and Tyrian Trade services operated by Ttyrian Trade FZCO: account rules, intellectual property, billing, governing law, and dispute resolution.
By creating and using a Ttyrian Trade FZCO ("Ttyrian Trade") account, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with Ttyrian Trade’s House Rules and these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
By using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ttyrian Trade or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Ttyrian Trade does not ensure that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors and may suspend or discontinue the service at any time as outlined in these Terms.
Furthermore, Ttyrian Trade does not guarantee that the service is immune to data loss, corruption, cyberattacks, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security threats, and disclaims any responsibility for such issues. If you download or access any materials through the service, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ttyrian Trade, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration will be conducted in Dubai, UAE, and the language of arbitration will be English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any business, technical, financial, or other information they become aware of during the performance of this agreement ("Confidential Information"). Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
The confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that: is or becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement; was known to the receiving party before disclosure by the disclosing party; is received from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation; or is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order.
Some parts of the Service let users submit, post, display, perform, or otherwise share content, such as profile details, videos, images, music, comments, questions, and more ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of any User Content you create; it remains your property.
However, by sharing your User Content on the Service, you grant Ttyrian Trade a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content for the Service and Ttyrian Trade’s business purposes.
By subscribing to any plan on tyriantrade.com, including a starting trial, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and authorize Ttyrian Trade to automatically charge your chosen payment method according to the billing cycle you select. Subscriptions are billed upfront, either monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. Refunds are only available for annual plans if requested within 30 days of payment.
Ttyrian Trade reserves the right to immediately terminate, restrict, or suspend your account, email address, and access to its services without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, violating the Terms of Use, requests from law enforcement, major changes or discontinuation of services, technical or security issues, long periods of inactivity, or involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
When you register for a Ttyrian Trade account, you consent to receiving emails from Ttyrian Trade, which may include marketing materials, service updates, important notifications, and special offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
Ttyrian Trade’s platform, website, and services may incorporate software components provided by third parties, which are used under license from the respective owners. Ttyrian Trade does not provide any guarantees or assurances regarding these third-party software components. Your use of such software is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the third-party providers, not by Ttyrian Trade’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
You can request to delete your Ttyrian Trade account at any time through your Profile Settings. Once you make this request, your personal data linked to the account will be erased. However, some information that has become part of the site’s core data—such as messages you’ve sent or content you’ve published—will be retained for system integrity and legitimate business reasons, like auditing and security. This is necessary to maintain the reliability and transparency of the platform.
Any Ttyrian Trade account holder can act as a referrer. Your friends or social media followers can be referees, but to qualify for a reward, the person you refer must be a brand new Ttyrian Trade user (with only one account), sign up using your referral link, and purchase a paid plan on the Ttyrian Trade website—not through the app. You’re encouraged to share your referral link to earn rewards, but you must not use spam, bulk emails, or unsolicited messages to attract referees; only contact people you know.
You are fully responsible for how you interact with other users. While we may choose to monitor disputes between users, we are not required to do so. Ttyrian Trade is not liable for your interactions with others, nor for the actions or inactions of any user.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
