Open-source AI is catching up fast

<p>Perplexity’s CEO made the point clearly: whatever the US tried to do to stop China from catching up in AI did not prevent them from catching up anyway.<br><br>The bigger concern is open source.<br><br>DeepSeek already proved the point.
