Oracle ($ORCL) Outlines Path to Triple Revenue to $225B+ by FY2030 While Transitioning to Self-Funded AI...

At its October 28 Investor Day in Las Vegas, Oracle Corporation ($ORCL) laid out a multi-year strategic roadmap to more than triple its business over the next four years—targeting $225 billion+ in total revenue by fiscal 2030 (a 35%+ CAGR)—while projecting that its massive AI data center buildout will become fully self-funded starting in fiscal 2029.
Key financial targets, balance-sheet commitments, and debt-reduction drivers include:
- Tripling Revenue to $225B+ by FY2030: Building on its reaffirmed FY2027 target of $90 billion+ in revenue and $8.10 in adjusted EPS, Oracle expects total revenue to exceed $225 billion by FY2030 alongside non-GAAP operating margins of 40%+ and adjusted EPS of $21.00+.
- Self-Funded AI Growth by FY2029 ($30B+ Annual FCF): Following a projected CapEx peak during the FY2027–FY2028 window ($90B–$95B in FY2027), Oracle expects free cash flow to turn positive in the second half of FY2028 and surpass $30 billion annually in FY2029—eliminating reliance on external capital markets to fund ongoing AI infrastructure expansion.
- Hard Cap on New External Debt and Equity ($20B Limit): Directly addressing Wall Street concerns over balance-sheet leverage, Oracle committed to capping total new capital-markets funding across the entire FY2027–FY2030 cycle at $20 billion (excluding existing debt refinancing), split evenly between $10 billion in debt and $10 billion in equity, while targeting a net-debt-to-adjusted-EBITDA ratio below 3.5x by FY2029.
