Solana Co-Founder: Network Aims to "Win All Global Trading"

A Solana co-founder said he wants $SOL to become the common settlement layer connecting crypto markets with traditional finance, stating that anything related to trading should eventually happen on Solana and continue growing year over year.
He noted that licensed brokerages like Backpack can already move stocks between traditional brokerage accounts and tokenized versions on Solana, and said the next goal is broader brokerage interoperability, with firms sharing common mint-and-burn infrastructure to accelerate network effects.
