$CRWD to Acquire Two AI Security Firms in $495 Million Deal
CrowdStrike ($CRWD) has agreed to acquire two AI security companies, Fiddler AI and Dreadnode, for a combined $495 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The cybersecurity company also introduced a new tool that allows security teams to shut down AI agents that behave outside their intended parameters, prevent them from restarting, and revoke their network access.
