Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says a 1GW AI factory can cost roughly $55 billion to build.
He added that "the rentals of that one gigawatt AI factory is about $50B per year," which helps explain why companies including $NBIS, $IREN, $CRWV, $CIFR, and $WULF are racing to secure power and build AI infrastructure.
