Nebius Acquires AI Inference Optimization Startup Inferize

$NBIS has acquired AI inference optimization startup Inferize, with financial terms undisclosed.
Inferize develops technology designed to reduce model cold starts, limiting the time GPUs remain idle while models load and new capacity comes online.
Nebius plans to integrate Inferize's technology and team into its Token Factory inference platform to improve GPU utilization, reduce inference costs and serve more AI workloads from existing infrastructure.
