BULLISH: Coinbase CEO Says Bitcoin Has Bottomed, Sees $400,000 by 2030

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said Bitcoin has bottomed and that $400,000 by 2030 remains a "reasonable target."
"We've just come across the one-year mark for this down period and I personally believe the bottom is in," Armstrong said.
