SpaceX Building $100 Billion Infrastructure Project in Louisiana

SpaceX is building what's being described as one of the largest infrastructure projects in human history, with a $100 billion investment in Louisiana that would rival the scale of the International Space Station and the U.S. highway system.
Louisiana was chosen for its due-south launch trajectory over the Gulf and access to natural gas for methane fuel, among other factors.
The project reportedly generated a 100% annualized return by the 10th Starlink launch, with returns said to exceed Starlink's by the thousandth AI satellite launched.
