Anthropic Launches $100M Claude Frontier Academy to Train 10,000 Enterprise Engineers

Anthropic has committed $100 million to train 10,000 "Frontier Deployed Engineers" by the end of 2027 through the launch of its Claude Frontier Academy.
The program aims to address the enterprise gap between AI prototyping and production-grade implementation. The inaugural cohorts feature engineering personnel from leading consulting, financial, and healthcare corporations, including Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, $MS, Commonwealth Bank, and $NVO.
Under the curriculum framework, participants complete initial in-person instruction followed by a 12-week deployment phase, embedding and executing live Claude-powered projects directly within their home organizations with ongoing technical mentorship from Anthropic engineers.
