A Delayed Whole Foods Deal Could Have Killed Little Spoon Before It Started
A delayed launch at Whole Foods could have derailed Little Spoon before the company even got off the ground. Instead, the brand took an unconventional approach and launched its own e-commerce store.
According to CEO and co-founder Ben Lewis, selling directly online was almost unheard of at the time — but it turned out to be one of the best decisions the company ever made.
Founded in 2017, Little Spoon has since grown into a nationwide brand, with products now available in more than 1,800 Target stores.
