Plaid CEO Zach Perret Says AI Will Manage Parts of Finance, Not All

Artificial intelligence will manage specific portions of consumer finance rather than taking over entire financial lives, according to Plaid CEO Zach Perret speaking at Money20/20.
Perret stated that the idea of AI handling everything is "very unlikely," advising banks and fintechs to carefully determine which tasks to delegate to AI chatbots and which to keep in-house.
