Salesforce and Anthropic Launch Claudeforce to Integrate Claude into $CRM Ecosystem

Salesforce and Anthropic have introduced Claudeforce, a new integration that brings Claude directly into $CRM data, workflows, and business logic, allowing users to execute actions inside Salesforce without leaving the Claude interface.
The initial Salesforce in Claude plugin features 37 prebuilt sales skills, with plans for broader integrations across Claude, Salesforce, and Slack.
