Market outlook:
Today we are looking at a speculative long entry on AVAX.
After a local decline of more than 30%, price reached the key support zone at 8.001–8.015 and produced a short-term rebound. This suggests that the area has attracted buyer interest.
The zone formed on a higher timeframe. Such major support areas are generally difficult to break on the first test. Given the current structure, we expect a local move toward 10.006, with room for price to rise through the range. A further move toward 10.904 is also possible.
We are placing a short-term buy limit order at 8.43, near the 8.440 support level. Although this level formed on a lower timeframe, it offers an attractive potential entry for a long position.
While the price was falling, Avalanche continued to attract real-world users. Visa uses the network for stablecoin settlement, and the New York Stock Exchange has reportedly been testing it for around-the-clock stock trading. Since November 1, tourists in Japan have reportedly been receiving tax refunds in a yen-backed stablecoin on Avalanche, while Japan’s NEC is preparing biometric stablecoin payments.
These developments point to real services involving major companies and public institutions. Against that backdrop, we see the recent decline as a potential opportunity.
Risk management:
In line with our trading strategy, the stop loss is placed at 7.43, below the 8.015 support level. This leaves room for a potential false breakdown while keeping risk defined.
Targets:
Once the order is filled, our first objective is a return toward the local high around 9.270. At that point, we will move the stop loss to breakeven.
The first target is 10.006, followed by our main target at 10.904. We are leaving the take profit open and will monitor price action. The setup offers an attractive risk-to-reward ratio.
