Costco and Walmart Trade at Higher Valuations Than Major AI Stocks

Major retailers such as Costco ($COST) and Walmart ($WMT) are trading at richer valuations than some of the biggest AI companies.
Costco is trading at approximately 44 times forward estimated earnings, according to Yahoo Finance's Brian Sozzi. He questions the premium valuation, noting that the retailer's business is not built around the massive AI capital expenditures driving growth at major technology companies.
