Elon Musk Says Starship Could Achieve Full Reusability and Rapid Reflight in 2027

Elon Musk says $SPCX is getting closer to one of Starship’s biggest milestones: full reusability with rapid reflight.
Speaking at the All-In Summit, Musk said the odds of successfully catching the ship on the first attempt are “at least 50 or 60%.”
He also said he believes it is “extremely likely” that Starship achieves full reusability and rapid reflight next year in 2027.
That would mark a major step beyond simply recovering the booster.
If both stages can be reused quickly, SpaceX could dramatically reduce launch turnaround times and lower the cost of putting mass into orbit.
For $SPCX, rapid Starship reusability is central to the economics behind larger satellite deployments, lunar missions, Mars ambitions and potentially space-based AI infrastructure.
The next major test is whether SpaceX can turn successful recovery attempts into a repeatable launch-and-reflight system.
