Larry Fink Says America Lost the Stability of Lifelong Careers

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink says America has lost some of the stability that once came from having a long-term career with the same employer.
Speaking at Ford's Accelerate forum, Fink argued that decades of workers moving between jobs weakened the connection between employees and their workplaces and reduced the stability traditionally associated with a lifelong career.
