Amazon Explores $8B GPU Financing Structure

Amazon is reportedly exploring a deal to move roughly $8 billion of NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs into a special-purpose vehicle owned by outside investors.
$AMZN would then lease the GPUs back, potentially reducing the upfront balance-sheet burden associated with its AI infrastructure expansion.
The GPUs are already deployed across more than 12 U.S. data centers.
