Tencent Reportedly Signs $7B Oracle AI Chip Leasing Deal

Tencent has reportedly signed a roughly $7B agreement to lease around 100,000 advanced AI chips from Oracle, according to the FT.
The computing capacity will be deployed across data centers in Southeast Asia, representing another major infrastructure commitment as Chinese technology companies seek access to advanced AI compute.
