Michael Green: A Dollar Into Nvidia Now Moves Its Market Cap by $100

Michael Green said a dollar invested into Nvidia ($NVDA) now moves its market cap by roughly $100, up 20x from the $5 average measured across the whole market from 1992 to 2019.
Speaking on "How I Invest" with David Weisburd, Green said the figure reflects market mechanics rather than a verdict on fundamentals. His updated market-wide estimate is closer to $22 per dollar today, with Nvidia sitting near the top of the scale as one of the most inelastic names in the index — meaning a large share of its price moves reflect flow rather than new information.
