$NVDA Says Revenue Opportunity per AI Gigawatt Has More Than Doubled to $40B+

Jensen Huang says Nvidia is gaining share because the company is capturing a larger portion of global AI infrastructure spending.
According to Huang, $NVDA’s revenue opportunity per gigawatt of AI capacity has more than doubled to over $40 billion.
That helps explain why Nvidia’s expansion beyond GPUs matters so much.
The company is increasingly selling CPUs, networking, interconnects, software and complete AI systems alongside its accelerators.
As a result, Nvidia can potentially capture more revenue from every new gigawatt of AI infrastructure that gets built.
That becomes especially important as custom ASICs gain share.
Even if ASICs take part of the accelerator market, Nvidia can still participate in a much broader portion of total AI capex through networking, CPUs and full-system infrastructure.
The key shift is that Nvidia is no longer competing only for GPU spending.
It is positioning itself to capture a larger share of the entire AI data-center budget.
