Jensen Huang: You Won't Lose Your Job to AI — You'll Lose It to Someone Who Uses AI

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has repeatedly pushed back on fears that AI will trigger mass job losses. "It is unlikely most people will lose a job to AI," Huang said in a recent interview with H.R. McMaster and Rep. Ro Khanna at Stanford's Graduate School of Business. "It is most likely that most people will lose their job to somebody who uses AI. And so we have to make sure that everybody uses AI."
Huang has previously said AI could put as many as 40 million people back into the workforce, and predicted a future in which roughly 100 AI agents work alongside every human employee. His stance breaks from more cautious warnings issued by some other tech and business leaders about AI's disruptive potential to the labor market.
