Finnrick CEO Discusses Peptide Industry Growth, Quality Testing, and Manufacturing Trends

Raphaël Mazoyer, CEO of peptide testing company Finnrick, discussed the rapid expansion of the peptide market, quality control standards, and international manufacturing capabilities in a full interview.
Mazoyer noted that peptides have spread across the United States faster than any Silicon Valley trend he has previously experienced, with Finnrick having conducted 18,000 tests.
He explained why current vendor scores for BPC-157 remain below 90% compared to retatrutide scores, and addressed findings from Wired showing that vials purchased from a Brooklyn bodega did not contain actual peptides.
Regarding global production, Mazoyer stated that China possesses strong expertise in peptide manufacturing, suggesting that even with new facilities opening in the U.S., domestic operations may lack the equivalent workforce experience for some time.
He also projected that the market could multiply 5 to 10 times by the year 2030, with the gray market expected to persist.
